AN ACT Relating to requiring timely reimbursement of state 1 agencies and local jurisdictions mobilized under the Washington state 2 fire services mobilization plan; and amending RCW 43.43.964.3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:4 Sec. 1. RCW 43.43.964 and 2003 c 405 s 4 are each amended to 5 read as follows: 6 The Washington state patrol in consultation with the office of 7 financial management and the Washington military department shall 8 develop procedures to facilitate reimbursement to state agencies and 9 jurisdictions from appropriate federal and state funds when state 10 agencies and jurisdictions are mobilized by the chief under the 11 Washington state fire services mobilization plan.
