BE IT RESOLVED, By the House of Representatives of the State of 1
Washington, the Senate concurring, That immediately before 2
adjournment SINE DIE of this 2025 Regular Session of the Sixty-ninth 3
Legislature: 4
(1) The House of Representatives shall transmit to the Senate all 5
Senate bills, Senate joint resolutions, Senate concurrent 6
resolutions, and Senate joint memorials in its possession that have 7
not been passed by the House of Representatives, and upon receipt by 8
the Senate of such measures they shall be assigned to the Senate 9
Rules Committee for third reading; and 10
(2) The Senate shall transmit to the House of Representatives all 11
House bills, House joint resolutions, House concurrent resolutions, 12
and House joint memorials in its possession that have not been passed 13
by the Senate, and upon receipt by the House of Representatives of 14
such measures they shall be assigned to the House Rules Committee for 15
third reading; and 16
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Chief Clerk of the House of 17
Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate shall retain in their 18
possession and in the status that exists upon the adjournment SINE 19
DIE of the 2025 Regular Session of the Sixty-ninth Legislature, all 20
legislative measures including all bills, joint resolutions, 21
concurrent resolutions, and joint memorials that may at that time be 22
H-1949.1

continuation of the numbers assigned to measures of the 2025 Regular 5
Session of the Sixty-ninth Legislature. 6
