WHEREAS, Dr. Collins oversees a robust research program focused 6
on executive coaching and leadership, contributing to scholarly 7
understanding and practical application in the areas of 8
transformational leadership, sales performance, and enhancing 9
coaching conversations; and 10
WHEREAS, Dr. Collins' specialties include organizational 11
development consulting, executive coaching, Gestalt approaches, and 12
change management, bringing innovative research and evidence-based 13
practice to organizations and leaders; and 14
WHEREAS, Dr. Collins' consulting engagements frequently commence 15

accomplishments, Dr. Collins brings his leadership talents and 5

triathlons, demonstrating a dedication to personal excellence in both 7
professional and personal arenas; and 8
WHEREAS, Dr. Collins' distinguished service as a scholar–9
practitioner embodies the highest ideals of leadership, scholarship, 10
and community engagement, bringing great honor to himself, Seattle 11
Pacific University, and the broader academic and professional 12
community; 13
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives 14
hereby honor Dr. Joey A. Collins for his exemplary contributions to 15
the field of industrial and organizational psychology, his leadership 16
in executive coaching and organizational development, and his service 17
to students, organizations, and communities across diverse sectors; 18

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be 20
