WHEREAS, Dr. Kristin Saboe has distinguished herself as a 1
nationally recognized leader in industrial and organizational 2
psychology, advancing evidence-based strategies that strengthen 3
organizations, workplaces, and communities; and 4
WHEREAS, Dr. Saboe serves as the head of employee voice at one of 5
the world's most influential technology companies, where she leads 6
innovative work harnessing organizational research, strategy, and 7
policy to elevate employee experience and engagement; and8
WHEREAS, Dr. Saboe is also a professor at Georgetown University, 9
and provides academic support at Seattle Pacific University, 10
contributing to academic excellence by educating and mentoring 11
emerging leaders in the fields of organizational psychology, people 12
analytics, and workplace strategy; and 13
WHEREAS, As a United States army veteran and a United States army 14
reserve futures innovation officer, Dr. Saboe has demonstrated 15
dedicated service to her country while applying psychological science 16
to optimize performance, talent management, and policy in military 17
contexts; and 18
WHEREAS, Dr. Saboe previously led employee listening, research, 19
and strategy at Washington's largest aerospace company, where she 20
authored and guided enterprise-wide talent and research strategy 21
initiatives that shaped organizational culture and capability; and22

WHEREAS, A recognized fellow of the American psychological 1
association, the society for industrial and organizational 2
psychology, and the society for military psychology, Dr. Saboe has 3
earned prestigious early-career awards from leading professional 4
associations and was honored for her leadership impact by the 5
President George W. Bush institute; and 6
WHEREAS, Dr. Saboe has co-edited important scholarly works in her 7
field, and contributes her expertise in leadership, talent analytics, 8
and evidence-based human capital solutions to nonprofit, 9
professional, and advocacy efforts; and 10
WHEREAS, Through her pro bono service leading government 11
relations and advocacy for the society for industrial and 12
organizational psychology and as a founding board member of the 13
military psychology foundation, Dr. Saboe has advanced the 14
translation of scientific insight into public-facing policy and 15
practice; and 16
WHEREAS, Dr. Saboe's commitment to excellence in research, her 17
distinguished professional service, and her contributions to both 18
academic and practitioner communities reflect great credit upon 19
herself, her colleagues, and the fields of psychology, organizational 20
science, and strategic workforce development; 21
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives 22
hereby honor Dr. Kristin Saboe for her outstanding achievements and 23
leadership in industrial and organizational psychology, her dedicated 24
service in the military and to national and global workplaces, and 25
her lasting impact as a scholar, strategist, and public servant; and26
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of this resolution be 27
presented to Dr. Kristin Saboe as an expression of respect, 28
admiration, and appreciation for her exemplary accomplishments and 29
