AN ACT Relating to calculating the provider rate for certain 1 community residential services; adding a new section to chapter 2 71A.12 RCW; and creating a new section. 3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:4 NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 71A.12 5 RCW to read as follows: 6 (1) The department shall use the King county classification for 7 the purposes of determining the provider rate in Snohomish county for 8 community residential service businesses as defined in RCW 9 74.39A.009. 10 (2) For purposes of this section, "provider rate" means the rate 11 for each tier that is specific to county categories.12 NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.
