AN ACT Relating to covenants, conditions, and restrictions of an 1
airpark; adding a new section to chapter 35.21 RCW; and adding a new 2
section to chapter 35A.21 RCW. 3
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:4
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 35.21 5
RCW to read as follows: 6
Property owned by a city is not subject to existing covenants, 7
conditions, and restrictions of an airpark that are more restrictive 8
than the zoning ordinance in the city. 9
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 35A.21 10
RCW to read as follows: 11
Property owned by a code city is not subject to existing 12
covenants, conditions, and restrictions of an airpark that are more 13
restrictive than the zoning ordinance in the code city.14
