AN ACT Relating to artificial intelligence and instructional 1
staff; and adding a new section to chapter 28A.400 RCW.2
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:3
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 28A.400 4
RCW to read as follows: 5
Artificial intelligence may supplement or enhance instruction. 6
Artificial intelligence may not replace certificated instructional 7
staff or paraeducators. 8
