WHEREAS, The Governor has established that there now remains an unappropriated balance in the Department of Revenue, Alcohol Beverage Control Administration, fund 7352, fiscal year 2026, organization 0708 , that is available for expenditure during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, which is hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary appropriation bill; therefore Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia: That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, to fund 7352, fiscal year 2026, organization 0708, be supplemented and amended by increasing an existing item of appropriation as follows: Title II – Appropriations. Sec. 3. Appropriations from other funds. DePARTMENT OF REVENUE 307 – Alcohol Beverage Control Administration (W.V. Code Chapter 60) Fund 7352 FY 2026 Org 0708 Appro- Other priation Funds 6 Current Expenses 13000 750,000 NOTE: The purpose of this supplemental appropriation bill is to increase an existing item of appropriation in the aforesaid account for the designated spending unit for expenditure during the fiscal year 2026.
