Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill requires any committee that receives campaign finance contributions of more than $100, cumulatively, from an individual to report the name and address of the individual’s principal place of employment and occupation, if any. Current law requires the committee to report the occupation of an individual contributor who makes contributions of more than $200, cumulatively.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
