An Act

to renumber and amend
114.32 (3);
to create
114.32 (3) (c) of the

statutes;
relating to:
certain airport improvement contracts.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill specifies that Department of Transportation contracts for improvements to airport facilities that are “qualified projects” may be “construction manager at risk contracts.” Under the bill, qualified projects are projects for the construction or improvement of a structure, and construction manager at risk contracts are contracts in which the construction manager agrees to complete the project within a guaranteed maximum price.
For further information see the state and local fiscal estimate, which will be printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
