An Act
to repeal
20.370 (6) (fx);
to create
20.370 (6) (fx) of the statutes;

relating to:
Town of Norway water abatement grant and making an

appropriation.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill requires the Department of Natural Resources to award a grant of $200,000 to the Town of Norway in Racine County for water abatement.
For further information see the state fiscal estimate, which will be printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

From the appropriation under s.

20.370 (6) (fx), not later than June 30, 2026, the department of natural resources

shall award a grant in the amount of $200,000 to the town of Norway in Racine

County for water abatement.

This act takes effect on the day after
