An Act

to create
20.370 (4) (ht) of the statutes;
relating to:
funding for a

battery collection and recycling program and making an appropriation.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill appropriates to the Department of Natural Resources all moneys received by DNR as fees from battery stewardship organizations, as required in a separate bill. If that bill is not enacted into law, this bill is void.
For further information see the state fiscal estimate, which will be printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
