2025 WISCONSIN ACT
An Act

relating to:
the right of appeal for complainants aggrieved by decisions of the Elections Commission concerning the conduct of election officials.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Section

1
.
5.06 (8) of the statutes is amended to read:

Any election official or complainant who is aggrieved by an order issued under sub.
