the community-oriented policing-house grant program.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, the Department of Justice awards grants to cities with a population of at least 30,000 to fund community-oriented policing-house programs.
2023 Wisconsin Act 19
sunsets this grant program on July 1, 2025. This bill extends the program by changing the sunset date to July 1, 2027.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
