An Act

to amend
121.905 (3) (c) 6., 121.905 (3) (c) 9., 121.91 (2m) (j) (intro.) and 121.91 (2m) (t) 1. (intro.) of the statutes;
relating to:
the per pupil adjustment for school district revenue limits.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

121.905 (3) (c) 6. of the statutes is amended to read:

(c) 6. For the limit for each of the 2015-16 to 2018-19 school years, for the 2021-22 school year,
for the 2027-28 school year,
and for any school year thereafter, make no adjustment to the result under par. (b).
