An Act

to create
20.285 (1) (ct), 20.292 (1) (er) and 38.04 (33) of the statutes;

relating to:
funding for student success and retention at University of

Wisconsin System institutions and technical colleges and making an

appropriation.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill provides funding to the University of Wisconsin System and technical colleges to provide additional support for student success and retention efforts, including academic advising and the administration of other programs to promote student success and retention.
For further information see the state and local fiscal estimate, which will be printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
