An Act

to amend
20.835 (2) (de) of the statutes;
relating to:
an appropriation

for refundable long-term care insurance assessment credits and making an

appropriation.

This bill provides a sum sufficient appropriation to authorize refundable credit payments for the long-term care insurance assessment credit created by 2025 Assembly Bill .... (LRB-5462/1). If 2025 Assembly Bill .... (LRB-5462/1) is not enacted into law, then this bill is void.
For further information see the state fiscal estimate, which will be printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
