An Act

to create
121.02 (1) (L) 9. of the statutes;
relating to:
instruction in

blood and organ donation in high school grades.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Beginning in the 2026–27 school year, this bill requires school boards to include in their curricula for pupils in at least one of grades 9 to 12 instruction in human organ and blood donation.
For further information see the local fiscal estimate, which will be printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
