An Act
to renumber and amend
15.405 (9);
to create
15.405 (9) (b) of the

statutes;
relating to:
the membership of the Pharmacy Examining Board.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Under current law, the Pharmacy Examining Board, which licenses pharmacists, pharmacies, and other entities involved in the supply chain for prescription drugs and registers pharmacy technicians, consists of seven members, including five pharmacists and two public members. This bill adds two registered pharmacy technicians to the membership of the board.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

Notwithstanding the length of terms specified in s. 15.405 (9) (intro.), the

initial members of the pharmacy examining board appointed under s. 15.405 (9) (b)

shall be appointed for the following terms:
