An Act
to create
20.835 (2) (cd) of the statutes;
relating to:
funding for
2
individual income tax rebates and making an appropriation.
Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
This bill provides a sum sufficient appropriation to authorize payments for the individual income tax rebates created by 2025 Senate Bill .... (LRB-6362/1). If 2025 Senate Bill .... (LRB-6362/1) is not enacted into law, then this bill is void.
For further information see the state fiscal estimate, which will be printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
