AN ACT relating to the transportation enterprise fund; expanding authorized expenditures as specified; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Wyoming transportation enterprise fund; use thereof.

(c)

The board may make grants or loans to public entities for the purpose of enhancing transportation in this state. Eligible uses of the monies in the fund shall include capital investments for public transportation and improvement

and maintenance of airline service and facilities
For purposes of this subsection, "public transportation" includes but is not limited to the purchase of buses or other ground transportation vehicles that are unrelated to aviation and that are purchased to transport members of the public
.

Section 2.
This act is effective immediately upon co
m
pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit

tion.
