AN ACT relating to the administration of government; amending longevity pay in the state compensation plan as specified; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Duties of department performed through human resources division.

(c)

Beginning July 1, 1989,
T
he state compensation plan shall provide for the following procedures to establish and change individual pay rates:

(v)

Longevity pay increases shall be approved at a rate of
thirty dollars ($30.00)
forty dollars ($40.00)
per month for each five (5) years of service;

Section 2.

This act is effective immediately upon co

pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit

tion.
