Definitions.

(a)

As used in this title:

(xix)

"Microbrewery" means a commercial enterprise at a single location producing malt beverage in quantities not to exceed fifteen thousand (15,000) barrels per year and no less than
one hundred (100)
fifty (50)
barrels per year;

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2005.
