WORKING DRAFT 2005 STATE OF WYOMING 05LSO-0009 HOUSE BILL NO. HB0035 Microbrewery permits. Sponsored by: Representative(s) Walsh and Martin and Senator(s) Vasey A BILL for AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages; amending the definition of microbrewery by reducing the minimum annual production; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 12 ‑ 1 ‑ 101(a)(xix) is amended to read: 12 ‑ 1 ‑ 101. Definitions. (a) As used in this title: (xix) "Microbrewery" means a commercial enterprise at a single location producing malt beverage in quantities not to exceed fifteen thousand (15,000) barrels per year and no less than one hundred (100) fifty (50) barrels per year; Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2005. (END) 1 HB0035
