A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to the military assistance trust fund; making an appropriation to the fund; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.
There is appropriated five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) from the budget reserve account to the military assistance trust fund created by W.S. 19

Section 2.
This act is effective July 1, 2005.
