Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Establishing grandparents' visitation rights.

(c)

No action to establish visitation rights may be brought by a grandparent under subsection (a) of this section if the minor grandchild has been adopted and neither adopting parent is a
natural parent
biological parent or biological grandparent
of the child.

This act is effective immediately upon co

pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit
