A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to the adjutant general; setting a salary; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.

103(b)(ix) is amended to read:

Adjutant general; appointment; rank; removal; duties and qualifications.

(b)

The adjutant general of Wyoming shall have powers and duties and be paid a salary as follows:

(ix)

The annual compensation of the adjutant general shall be the base pay of
a colonel, pay grade 0-6,

an officer holding a comparable federal rank

the same as the armed forces of the United States, with longevity for appropriate years of military service, to be paid monthly out of the state treasury as the salaries of other state officers are paid;

Section 2.
This act is effective immediately upon co

pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit

tion.
