Sponsored by: Representative(s) Bagby and Martin and Senator(s) Vasey A BILL for AN ACT relating to hunting; prohibiting hunting with a firearm within two miles of any incorporated municipality; providing for a penalty; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 23 ‑ 3 ‑ 309 is created to read: 23 ‑ 3 ‑ 309. Hunting near incorporated municipalities prohibited. (a) No person shall take any wildlife in Wyoming with a firearm within two (2) miles of the boundaries of any incorporated municipality. (b) Violation of this section constitutes a 10 th degree misdemeanor. Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2005. (END) 1 HB0077
