Hunting near incorporated municipalities prohibited.

(a)

No person shall take any wildlife in Wyoming with a firearm within two (2) miles of the boundaries of any incorporated municipality.

(b)

Violation of this section constitutes a 10
th
degree misdemeanor.

Section 2.
This act is effective July 1, 2005.
