WORKING DRAFT ORIGINAL HOUSE BILL NO. 0090 ENROLLED ACT NO. 54, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FIFTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING 2005 GENERAL SESSION AN ACT relating to circuit courts; repealing duplicate provisions as specified; conforming a provision; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 1 ‑ 21 ‑ 1002(b) is amended to read: 1 ‑ 21 ‑ 1002. When proceedings allowed. (b) This section shall not be construed as limiting the provisions of W.S. 1 ‑ 21 ‑ 1101 or 1 ‑ 21 ‑ 1201 through 1 ‑ 21 ‑ 1210. Section 2. W.S. 1 ‑ 21 ‑ 902 and 1 ‑ 21 ‑ 1101 are repealed. Section 3. This act is effective immediately upon co m pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit u tion.
