WORKING DRAFT ORIGINAL HOUSE BILL NO. 0148 ENROLLED ACT NO. 104, HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FIFTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING 2005 GENERAL SESSION AN ACT relating to the Wyoming veterans' memorial museum; providing an appropriation and authorizing positions; providing a temporary position for accumulated National Guard artifacts; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of state parks and cultural resources to fund one (1) full-time position, one (1) part-time position to staff and administer the Wyoming veterans' memorial museum and one (1) temporary position to inventory, categorize and catalogue historic National Guard materials stored in Cheyenne. One (1) full-time position and the part-time position shall be located at the Wyoming veterans' memorial museum. One (1) temporary position shall be employed in Cheyenne. Section 2. This act is effective immediately upon co m pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit u tion.
