Title:
County road construction fund.

Subject:
Use of
funds for county road and bridges.

Summary/Major
Elements:

Current law restricts the use of certain funds for county road and bridge
isolated repairs to the lesser of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) or fifty
percent (50%) of the county's unobligated share of the prior year's contribution
to the road construction fund for county roads and bridges.

This bill eliminates the percentage limitation and raises the dollar
limit to $100,000.
