Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Duties generally.

(d)

In addition to the marriage license fee established in subsection (a) of this section, the clerk shall collect and remit to the state treasurer an additional fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each marriage license issued. The fee proceeds received by the state treasurer shall be deposited in the general fund and are continuously appropriated to the office of the attorney general for purposes of the statewide shelter program for victims of domestic abuse and sexual assault established pursuant to W.S. 9

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2005.
