AN ACT relating to the Wyoming partnership challenge loan program; amending the definition of "economic disaster" to reduce the economic impact threshold; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Definitions.

(a)

As used in this article:

(v)

"Economic disaster" means an event occurring in Wyoming that has an economic impact with total lost revenues to impacted businesses in a twelve (12) calendar month period of at least four million dollars ($4,000,000.00) or an economic impact with total lost revenues to impacted businesses in four (4) or less counties in a twelve (12) calendar month period of at least
one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000.00)
one million dollars ($1,000,000.00)
. The business council may use good faith estimates of lost revenues to businesses in determining whether an event qualifies as an economic disaster. Calculation of lost revenues shall only include actual losses incurred and shall not include any future losses;

pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit
