Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Executive sessions.

(a)

A governing body of an agency may hold executive sessions not open to the public:

(xii)

To consider marketing or pricing strategies for services provided by a business operated by an agency in a competitive setting when public discussion may be harmful to the competitive position of the business operated by the agency.

Section 2.
This act is effective July 1, 2005.
