Wyoming enterprise account appropriation.

A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to economic development; providing an appropriation as specified
to accounts within the revolving investment account created under article 16, section 12 of the Wyoming constitution
; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.
There is appropriated from the general fund two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) to the Wyoming enterprise account within the economic development account within the revolving investment account created under article 16, section 12 of the Wyoming constitution.

Section 2.

If the Wyoming enterprise account specified in section 1 of this act is not enacted into law in the 2005 general session of the fifty-eighth legislature, the appropriation in this act shall be deposited into the economic development account, as defined in W.S. 9

This act is effective immediately upon co

pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit
