WORKING DRAFT 2005 STATE OF WYOMING 05LSO-0139 SENATE FILE NO. SF0004 Wyoming technology business center. Sponsored by: Joint Minerals, Business and Economic Development Interim Committee A BILL for AN ACT relating to the Wyoming technology business center project; extending the provision relating to matching funds for the Wyoming technology business center project; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. 2003 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 145, section 1(a)(iii) is amended to read: Section 1. (a) There is appropriated to the University of Wyoming five million three hundred thousand dollars ($5,300,000.00) as provided in paragraph (v) of this subsection to construct the Wyoming Business Technology Center on the university's campus in accordance with the Level II study funded by the legislature and completed in August 2001. This appropriation is subject to review and approval by the state building commission and the following: (iii) Cash or binding commitments shall be received not later than April 1, 2005 September 1, 2005 , to be counted as matching funds under this section; Section 2. This act is effective immediately upon co m pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit u tion. (END) 1 SF0004
