WORKING DRAFT ORIGINAL SENATE FILE NO. 0006 ENROLLED ACT NO. 11, SENATE FIFTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING 2005 GENERAL SESSION AN ACT relating to the civil air patrol; repealing the horsepower limitation for planes; clarifying spending authority of the Wyoming military department; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 19 ‑ 15 ‑ 101 by creating a new subsection (b) is amended to read: 19 ‑ 15 ‑ 101. Civil air patrol; authorization of expenditure of state funds. (b) The department may expend state funds for administrative costs of the civil air patrol. Section 2. W.S. 19 ‑ 15 ‑ 103 is repealed. Section 3. This act is effective July 1, 2005.
