AN ACT relating to the civil air patrol; repealing the horsepower limitation for planes; clarifying spending authority of the Wyoming military department; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

(b)

The department may expend state funds for administrative costs of the civil air patrol.

Section 2.
