A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to construction of public facilities; providing an appropriation for the construction of a parking structure for the University of Wyoming; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.

There is appropriated nine million five hundred thousand dollars ($9,500,000.00) from the general fund to the University of Wyoming to be expended only for the design and construction of a multi-level parking structure. Any unexpended funds shall revert to the budget reserve account.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2005.
