2005 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT relating to administration of government; increasing the employer contribution for the judicial retirement program; providing an appropriation; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.

705 is amended to read:

9-3-705.

Employer contributions.

Each employer subject to this act shall pay into the fund a contribution equal to
the same percentage specified under W.S. 9-3-413 of all salaries paid to its employees
eight and seventy-eight hundredths percent (8.78%) of the salary paid to each employee covered by this act
. These contributions, together with the employees' contributions shall be transferred and credited to the retirement program in a manner the board directs.

Section 2.
There is appropriated from the general fund to the supreme court ninety-five thousand dollars ($95,000.00) to make the contributions required by this act.

Section 3.

This act is effective July 1, 2005.
