WORKING DRAFT 2005 STATE OF WYOMING 05LSO-0404.E1 SENATE FILE NO. SF0033 Wyoming beef council refund. Sponsored by: Senator(s) Geis and Representative(s) Hageman A BILL for AN ACT relating to agriculture; providing for a refund of fees from the Wyoming beef council as specified; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming: Section 1. W.S. 11 ‑ 37 ‑ 111 is created to read: 11 ‑ 37 ‑ 111. Claim for refund. (a) The council may refund all or a portion of the fees collected under W.S. 11 ‑ 37 ‑ 107(b). A claim for refund shall be made to the council within thirty (30) days from the date of brand inspection on a form prescribed and furnished by the council and shall include the receipt issued at the time of payment. (b) The council, before processing and making any refund, may require any additional information or affirmation under penalty of perjury it deems necessary to determine the validity of the claim. Section 2. This act is effective immediately upon co m pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit u tion. (END) 1 SF0033
