Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Safety belts required to be used; exceptions; reduction in fine.

(d)

No motor vehicle shall be halted solely for a violation of this section

unless it appears to the peace officer that the driver of the vehicle is under eighteen (18) years of age
.

Section 2.
This act is effective July 1, 2005.
