(d)

The following table sets forth the member's pension benefit, surviving spouse's benefit and children's benefit for all entry ages. The amounts set forth in this table are applicable to members participating on a twelve dollars and fifty cents ($12.50) per month contribution basis:

Section 2.

The increase to benefits payable from the volunteer firemen's pension fund pursuant to W.S. 35
‑
9
‑
608(d), as amended under section 1 of this act, shall apply to participating volunteer firemen retiring on or after July 1, 2005, as well as to participating volunteer firemen retiring prior to July 1, 2005. Any cost-of-living adjustment provided under W.S. 35
‑
9
‑
608(g) prior to July 1, 2005, shall not be readjusted based upon benefit adjustments made in accordance with section 1 of this act.

Section 3.

This act is effective July 1, 2005.
