Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Minimum wage rates.

(a)

Every employer shall pay to each of his or her employees wages at a rate of not less than
five dollars and fifteen cents ($5.15)
eight dollars and seventy-five cents ($8.75)
per hour
, as adjusted annually, beginning January 1, 2006, by the comparative cost-of-living index for Wyoming as determined by the division of economic analysis, department of administration and information
.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2005.
