A BILL

for

AN ACT relating to veterans; providing an appropriation for the state veteran's cemetery; providing for a report; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

There is appropriated from the general fund to the adjutant general
five
hundred thousand dollars ($
5
00,000.00) for the expansion of the chapel at the
Oregon Trail
state veteran's cemetery. The expansion shall include extra seating for services held at the chapel.

Section 2.

The adjutant general shall report to the joint transportation, highways and military affairs interim committee not later than September 15, 2006, regarding the progress of the chapel expansion at the
Oregon Trail
state veteran's cemetery.

Section 3.

This act is effective immediately upon co
m
pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit
u
tion.
