Livestock board; quorum; compensation.

A majority of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. Members of the board shall receive compensation

at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) per day
mileage and per diem
for time actually spent in the performance of their duties and traveling expenses while in attendance, and going to and from board meetings in the same manner and amount as

There is appropriated from the general fund to the livestock board fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) for the purpose of implementing this act.
