Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of
Wyoming
:

Section 1.

section (e) and
by
renumbering (e) as (f) is amended to read:

Use of aircraft, automobiles, motorized and snow vehicles and artificial light for hunting or fishing prohibited; exception; penalties.

(b)

No person shall take any wildlife with the aid of or by using any
projected
artificial light or lighting device
that illuminates or attracts wildlife
except that predators may be taken with the aid of an artificial light or lighting device by:

(e)

Nothing in this section shall prohibit the use of lighted sighting devices, scopes or sights in which the artificial light is confined within or does not extend past the scope or sight.

(f)

Violation of this section constitutes a 4th degree misdemeanor.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2006.
