Section 2.

For the period beginning April 1, 2006 and ending June 30, 2007, there is appropriated from the general fund to the medical malpractice insurance account six hundred thirty-three thousand seven hundred eighty dollars ($633,780.00) to implement the purposes of this act, including loans for physicians' qualified medical malpractice insurance premiums, loans for risk retention group participation and administrative costs incurred by the department of health in the implementation of W.S. 35

Section 3.

Loans under this act shall be made for applications received by the department of health for the period beginning April 1, 2006 and ending March 30, 2007.

Section 4.

This act is effective April 1, 2006.
