A BILL

AN ACT relating to the Wildlife and Natural Resources Funding Act; redefining large and small projects under the act; providing an appropriation; and providing for an effective date.

Definitions.

(a)

As used in this act:

(iii)

"Large project" means a project for which the grant sought under this act equals or exceeds two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00)
or any project for which funding is sought or provided under this act which, if fully developed, would equal or exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00) in total expenditures regardless of the dollar amount of the grant sought under this act

"Small project" means a project for which

and which is not a large project or a component of a large project

Section 2.
There is appropriated

million dollars ($

This act is effective July 1, 2006.
