Sponsored by: Representative(s) Slater, Landon and Walsh and Senator(s) Meier A BILL for AN ACT relating to the Wyoming retirement system; providing an appropriation for payment of military service credit on behalf of system members; and providing for an effective date. Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming : Section 1. There is appropriated up to one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000.00) from the general fund to the Wyoming retirement board for fiscal years 2007 and 2008 for purposes of funding payment of military service credit on behalf of Wyoming retirement system members as provided in W.S. 9 ‑ 3 ‑ 417(c). Section 2. This act is effective July 1, 2006. (END) 1 HB0113
