Section 1.

402(b) is amended to read:

Incest; penalties; disclosure or publication of identifying information; "minor victim".

(b)

Incest is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than
five (5)
fifteen (15)
years, a fine of not more than
five thousand dollars ($5,000.00)
ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00)
, or both.

Section 2.

This act is effective July 1, 2006.
