FIFTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
2007 GENERAL SESSION

AN ACT relating to state employee retirement; providing an appropriation for state employees serving in the United States military, as specified; and providing for an effective date.

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

Section 1.

One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000.00), or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the general fund to the Wyoming retirement board for fiscal years 2007 and 2008 to fund military service retirement credits for retirement system members pursuant to W.S. 9

Section 2.

This act is effective immediately upon co

pletion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming Constit

tion.
